At the end of the day, it is nice to unwind in a comfortable, casual environment where you can be yourself around familiar smiling faces (a place where "everybody knows your name" as in the Cheers theme song). It is even better when this familiarity and comfort is accompanied by great food and a relaxing glass of wine. Add in a beautiful setting with fresh blooming flowers and spectacular sunsets, and you have found your new home. Tucked onto Old Santa Fe Trail is the 315 family ready to welcome you into our adobe sanctuary.

315 Restaurant and Wine Bar is a Santa Fe icon, with the people ideally suited to provide an exquisite experience. Our staff is known in Santa Fe and will treat you as one of their own. Babs has been here since the beginning and is a well- known server in the city. She knows all of our regulars by first name and even knows what their favorite dishes are. Star is our head bartender that knows all about our cocktail options and will happily answer all of your questions about our 400-or-so bottles of wine. Many know Felix, our door man, who has been a requested waiter in Santa Fe for years. Our Chef Titin is a family man who makes kids feel welcome by catering to their requests and fixing up their own unique plates.

We like to get to know you and your family. Some family members include pets and we welcome dogs on our patio and will treat them to a dose of 315 love as well. Your dog will be pampered just as you will while taking in the beauty and calm of our blossoming terrace.
