CHEF

Chef Moskow

Louis Moskow knew from an early age that cuisine was his calling and became determined to master classic cooking techniques. He began his training at the Culinary Institute of America, forging a path that would lead him to marry the fine art of California cuisine with the flavors of New England. After completion of his training, he headed South to study the complex creole cooking of New Orleans, and then to Europe to learn the cuisines of Bavaria and Italy. Finally landing in Santa Fe in 1995, Moskow became first, partner, and then executive Chef and Owner of the well-known and highly regarded 315 Restaurant & Wine Bar.
